Walked in and was greeted both by security and the tender behind the glass. Walked up to the counter inside and the staff was very knowledgeable. Megan took care of me and was able to answer all my questions flawlessly. Store was clean and even had some tasteful decorations for the holidays. Have been to the Champaign location as well but the selection at this location was just a tad more extensive. Every time I go in they’ve got some type of deal going on which is always exciting. Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be sending my people here if they need anything in the future.

Wanted to express my gratitude for the deeply compassionate care that I have received from Megan and Kelly in regards to completing my medical card renewal. I had had several attempts at doing it, and had paid for it months ago, and was having issues getting the last parts of things completed, I came into the office with Megan and then the next day with Kelly and I found them both to be deeply compassionate, attentive and ready to help me get my equilibrium back. They even provided me with a couple of small free Chillum’s that were loaded with medicine that would get me through until the finalization of the medical card status came on, later that day.
I really feel like both of these great souls went way above and beyond to take care of me and I guess I really am remiss in leaving a review because I kind of feel that way every time I go to NuEra in Urbana. Thank you you guys make me feel like family.

Staff are always helpful. Looking for low dose edibles for insomnia found thw very lowest and they work way better than my sleeping pills that Dr gave me Rx for. No "hangover" in the morning and no sleepwalking at night.

I don't like the feel of this place. The people are somewhat nice but could be better. Half the order got cancelled because they didn't have it in stock. I'll probably avoid this dispensary in the future.
