I personally will not go back here. I purchased a disposable pen that doesn’t work and I’ve tried contacting them for 2 weeks and have yet to receive a phone call or email back!
Same thing happened to a friend of mine but the only difference was they bought theirs from sunnyside. Within a week my friend received a customer credit.
For as much money as people spend here you would think they would take care of their customers better. Clearly that’s not case at nuera in Urbana. From now on I’ll spend my money at sunnyside.

I used to love this dispensary. Customer service has gone way down, especially as a medical patient. I was the only one in the medical line and the budtenders were taking people from the rec line. I stood for over 15 minutes, waiting. I have had 5 ankle surgeries, which is why I'm medical. if you are going to make us wait this long, at least put chairs at the med line. we are medical for a reason. every other time med has gone before rec.
