I've been coming here for years. Staff is great, the juice bar is amazing. Great selection. I have trouble finding 12mgs anywhere else. Staff is always patient and will let you sample juices. They have a good return policy if you don't like your juice later on. What more could you ask for.

Super friendly staff, but they have next to no vape juice in the store. Pretty sure they want you to buy their store brand juice which is all well and good, but something about the composition just is not good to me. And it's far more expensive than getting commercial juice. Lovely store for mods and coils, though!

I have only been to this location twice, I live out of town and came in to get a juice. They didn’t have mine but were able to create one that is amazing. The employees are super helpful, and also give you tips as well. I bought a vape yesterday at this location and had the easiest experience. This is the only store I will go to in Indiana as well as my own state.

I bought $144 worth of vapes from this place, handed them $110 in cash, and the employee proceeded to charge me the total 144 on my card. I didn’t notice it at the time, but when all the vapes literally broke as soon as I left the store, I also noticed the charge. The vapes I got were terribly cheap, as expensive as they look and are, and it’s been 3 months waiting to get my refund back for the money they took. They have not replied to my emails, when I call they’re busy or give me a number to another place that never answers. I’m over it.

The staff at MAXX have always taken incredibly good care of me. They have never pushed me in to anything I didn't want, and they have done more than I would expect to help me find the best value for what I require. IMHO, they are the absolute best offering in the area. I am thankful they are there, for sure. Thank you!

They are professional, so friendly, and the establishment is very nice. Love the ability to try flavors there before buying! They stayed open late to accommodate us, offered reasonable pricing, great selection, and even offered a warranty on the equipment we purchased.
The VAPE BAR is awesome! We got to try flavors rather than wasting our money again on terrible flavors at another shop! My hubby said the juice we got from another place tasted like 'wet dog', lol! They so many to choose from but ended up getting 'Celestial' and 'The Brew' and they are delicious sweet flavors.
Don't waste your money, come here first and you'll be a return customer. Can't say enough about the friendly folks here, they'll go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience..thank you so much, Jadon and Tim, we really appreciate you!
