Placed my first order with these guys early this morning before they opened. Called at opening just to check and see how and when my delivery would arrive (that's right, they deliver) The man that answered the phone was super polite and helpful. Great experience. Went in last week and I believe Kerry and Taylor helped educate me on the benefits and the different products they offer. Honestly, best customer experience I have recieved. Liked it so much, that I ordered two more bottles from the Indy store the next week. To my surprise, it was hand delivered to my home in Greenfield at 9 am with a gift and personalized box which was decorated with hand drawings. I cant even imagine another company going so far out of their way to be so personable and even drive outside of their 30 minute delivery. Greenfield is 35+ minutes to either Carmel and Indy stores. Thank you for the old school customer experience.
