I first visited this place two Christmas's ago. It's close and convenient. I only bought hemp twine to use as an alternative to lighting my cigarettes instead of using butane.
I walked in and there was this super chill GSD just hanging out. I am a huge dog lover and spent half the time talking to the dog. (LOL! and sorry to the lady, she was very nice & patient)
Anyway, after twenty years of smoking cigarettes, and trying the patch, the gum, medication give to me by a doctor... all to no avail; I was ready to give-up on quitting. Then, two weeks ago I had three different people tell me they quit by vaping.... Well, I have absolutely zero knowledge about vape pens. So I revisited this location and spoke to Kiera. She was super Zen and answered all my question, gave some advice, and helped me not only choose a pen that might work for me... but helped me pick out a flavor I loooooved.
She was very detailed; advising about other customers who liked or disliked certain flavors, based on what I told her about my likes and dislikes... turns out, I actually kinda like Pina Colada. (The Blueberry/raspberry ice is my jam tho. LOL!)
Anyway. I bought two pens, tried them out in the store to make sure they weren't defective, went home, and started vaping. Aaaand then I RETURNED two days later, to buy another pen; because of how much I kinda prefer vaping.
NOW- here I am, ten days later... I have gone from a 2 pack a day smoker, to one pack... slowly, but surely, on my way to freedom.
Aaaaannnd, yes, I got to see the GSD pup peek at me from behind the office door. He didn't come say hi, but I'm determined to earn his friendship!
The place is a little pricey, but I also understand these people have to pay a little more on bills than online places that can sell in bulk. So I am ok with paying a few extra dollars for the face-to-face experience.... BC I REALLY enjoyed my interaction with the staff... (Logan helped me the second time, and he was pretty chill too.) I appreciate y'alls patience with me as I navigate through this new journey.

Wonderful store with a great employee that was there! They have a great selection and they care about their customers! I think they are a local business which is also a plus! I will return, definitely!
I went again on Thursday today is May 12th. The guy that was working was very rude and gave me a dirty look,not friendly at all! He did not wanna give me a bag for my purchase or give me my receipt and didn’t even ask me! He just tried to hand me the two bottles I purchased and gave me a dirty look again!
I guess I’ll have to go on Sundays that is when I got the very friendly employee.I’m never coming back on a Thursday!I hope you tell him that he needs to do a better job with customer service!

Bad experience. The guy knew nothing about any item I asked about and was just annoyed acting that we were even there to spend $150. Supposedly you can spin the wheel if you sign up to be a rewards member but then he changes it to say My Uncle can’t. It’s 1 spin per visit??? Even though we were separate. I went down the road to a friendlier place.

Randomly stopped in here while visiting family on a random trip up to Indy. Evin, and another guy were super helpful! The shop dog was gorgeous, and played fetch with us while we shopped. Definitely dropping by again before we leave because the prices are beyond affordable. Definitely stop by if you haven’t.

We finally stopped in and we were greeted with a smile from all three employees. They were so welcoming and helpful. Pikes Pipes has everything from grinder's and stocks to cbd pre rolls and water pipes. Plus they are pet friendly, Toby is the cute little bonus to your shopping experience.
I've told all of my friends to please go here...enjoy yourself..and tell your friends too!
