Good selection and quality products but, you will pay high retail prices for everything they sell. The girl working was very unprofessional and didn't have a clue about anything they sell. She only made eye contact with me one time because she was staring at her phone the entire time. Very rude and dropped several f-bombs while she was trying to find something in the display case.

I had bought 2 Hyde vape used one and opened the other two days later went to use it and it wouldn’t work at all they said there was nothing they could do that sometime they just don’t work but because I didn’t open it and try it in the store they wouldn’t fix the issue and because they don’t get there money back for the ones that don’t they should have said sometimes they don’t work so could u try it and make sure it works before u leave or said they don’t do any kind of exchanges or refunds she said she believed me but sorry

I bought a spinner 3 vape pen took home and it did not work tried to return but they wouldn't accept since I did not have receipt which is fine so I sucked it up and bought another one keeping the receipt upon going home and trying it out it also did not work tried returning it but every time they would say they could not return or exchange because there was no management stopped in today trying to just get in-store credit to get a new vape pen instead they turn me away and told me that since it has been over a week they could not refund or exchange I think this is poor business practice especially since I have personally gave the store over $100 buying merchandise I will take my business elsewhere
