Great customer service, great products. They make their own baked goods too. They taste great and have a smooth, pleasant, effect and have gotten me through some rough nights after work. Looking forward to the bakery opening. There's a thc shop on every corner in Muncie it seems but this place has been consistently the best over the three years i have lived here.

Would not recommend anymore, I have done a lot of buisness with them in the past, but will no longer. Went in there and spent almost $50 on a faulty battery. Wasn’t able to take it back the next day, but I did exactly one week later as I live an hour away. The guy in there was no help and actually quite smug about the whole thing and neither was the owner, basically told me I was SOL. I didn’t want a refund, just simply for them to make things right. They did not. Bad business practice in my opinion and they lost a good customer. I even left my name and number for and owner to call back, but never heard back.

Best shop in town barr none. Friendliest and most helpful staff, Kyle has always been the best person to talk to in there and he's become a very close friend of mine. I often find myself loitering about after I make my purchase just to spend a little time speaking to whoever is working that day

First visit today. I'm a 35 year old, 4 time combat veteran. I have horrible anxiety and didn't want meds. I waited far longer than I should have. I visited Hempnotix on a Saturday late afternoon. The staff made me very comfortable, he was knowledgeable and caring. Pointed me in the right direction for some gummies. I've been pleased with the results, the price was reasonable and the shop is well organized and a joy to visit. Look forward to going back in the future.

So I receive a buy one get one free offer on my phone through their five star app go in there make a purchase they want to argue with my husband that it wasn't buy one get one free so I just got off the phone with them tell them that it was. The lady who was working right now at 4:11 p.m. looks it up and tells me oh yes it is buy one get one free but she's going to say only on edibles but it doesn't say it on the buy one get one free it does not say only edibles, so therefore a normal thinking person would think anything in the store so when I say that to her she proceeded to get loud and get smart with me and say well I know it said that but it's only on Edibles and did not honor it so I would advise you not to shop there because they do not honor their stuff and then they get smart with you when they see that they're wrong instead of honoring it I won't stop there again!!..

I shop here weekly. Always friendly workers and a in and out quick trip. Today I visited as usual and was greeted by a man named Jason. He almost immediately asked how I was doing and what I was looking for with a warm welcoming smile. He recommended products to me and seemed like he actually wanted and enjoyed working for the people in this business. I can’t wait to visit again and will 100% be back
