I will not go to a single other vape store so long as Vape and Wellness keeps up the amazing customer service and helpfulness that they've given me each and every visit I've had. It's quick and easy, the reward system is killer and well worth waiting to get big money off your order. Riley down at the Carmel location got me hooked, but the boys in Fishers (a rotating group) have treated my girlfriend and I wonderfully every time I'm in.

Edit: I had not been to the store in a good year or so, started coming around again a couple months ago. I don't know what has happened, but something has changed because my last 3 visits have become my last. I am sure the staff means well but the kids behind the counter simply don't understand what they're selling to the point they are unknowingly lying to my face because they don't know enough about a product.
Imagine being sold a beer that "dude, is so my favorite and is super strong" but it turns out the beer is alcohol-free.
OLD REVIEW FROM APPROXIMATELY 2018: The Staff are kind, the product selection is great, the place is always clean, and the prices are the best I've seen around.

It's not like they try and hurry and get rid of you, they show you charts of juice and explain the difference between them all and they are happy to do it for you you can tell...real good place to go for all your rolling papers, E juice,, etc

Vape and Wellness always has what I’m looking for. From vape juice to vape hardware they always have the latest stuff. A solid “wellness” section as well, I highly recommend the Delta 8 products. They don’t charge insane prices like the other local shops either, and have a solid rewards system. I get free stuff and discounts all the time!

Both times I’ve been in, both guys have been extremely helpful in giving suggestions and making it a great experience! They’re extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their products. The interior is fantastic too! I love the vibe of it and I’m super excited for the tasting bar. Out of all the vape shops I’ve been into in Hamilton County, Vape and Wellness is by far the best and it’ll become my new regular shop to visit.

I really like this shop. Their prices are generally cheaper than the other brick and mortar stores. They are friendly and inviting. They are very helpful and upbeat. It’s a nice atmosphere. They have a wide selection of liquids. They are almost always having sales and barbecues. You get a soft drink with purchase which is cool. If they sold my coils, I’d come here more often. What sets them further apart is their hours. They stay open at least 2 hours later than most shops and open an hour earlier. I’ve never been treated like anything other than family when I visit. Keep up the good work!!
