Been here a few times. Never had a problem till today. Girl working there today was kinda rude. First she didn’t even acknowledge I walked in as she was more preoccupied by her phone. Finally after looking at her a few times from across the store she made her way to me. I asked a question about a flavor of juice and got a loud sigh with half an answer as she kept her back to me, speaking to the wall. Her body language and tone was extremely unwelcoming. So I just bought whatever sounded good out of frustration.

Love the selection of Vapes and smoking accessories. The owner is very nice and helpful. However, i just can't stand the rude Dorky employee with a beard and glasses. Every single time I come in, he's unprofessional and rude with all customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere until he is removed.

I have all good experiences except this last trip wasn’t able to purchase anything because the guy working was very rude with me and I had to walk out on him to go to a different story if you see a guy with a beard and glasses do not buy from him he’s rude and isn’t helpful

This place is great on prices and the staff is very pleasant to work with. Lots of options for disposable vapes. Great prices on mods and more. It's atleast a weekly stop for me. I can truly appreciate this shop. The owner is pretty cool too 😎

This was a huge letdown. We're not Shelbyville locals, but the situation found us in Shelbyville. So we jump on Google to survey the vape shops there. Smokers Land was the most appealing after reading the many great reviews there were.
The cleanliness and organization of the store was great. The personnel, however, was nowhere on par from what we were expecting.
We must have come during shift change. A man was sitting at the counter and said hello without ever looking up from his phone. He seemed irritated (apparently waiting for his replacement).
When a girl showed up to relieve him, he zoomed right out. She proceeded to sit behind the register on her phone and continued to carry on a conversation with her friend on the other end of the call. She not once acknowledged us - well, not until a few minutes later when she said "just let me know when you guys are ready".
I wanted to ask her about thier 3-chi disposable THC products. I went to ask the question, and she kept interrupting me to give me the low down about ALL the THC products. I kindly interjected to let her know my specific concern about a specific product. She never skipped a beat and kept interrupting. So I said to myself, "screw it" and just bought an Elfbar. It was an impulse buy because I was frustrated she just wouldn't take a few seconds to listen. Her phone conversation to her friend about new products that came in was more important than customers who were ready to buy those new products.
We were looking forward to a new experience. We love perusing vape shops that are new to us. Yet, this one was a total let down due to poor service personalities.
