Prices are exaggerated. Easily 50-100% more expensive than ordering online. Bought a vape for over $50 when I found it available online for $23. Their e-juice collection is also extremely over priced. They have their own e-juice brand that has no indications of what the juice is made up of. I am questioning how safe the juice is. The employees were nice, the only reason giving 2 stars instead of one, but they also vaped in the store providing people who would rather not be around/inhaling vapor particles little choice considering some people may not be there buying products for themselves. Nothing about shopping here is worthwhile and would never recommend it to anyone. Furthermore they have a website displaying some items they sell with reasonable prices misleading me into thinking that they sold them at that price. Ridiculously over priced store. I am truly disappointed.

I was there today got in there before 10am I sat outside for almost 2hrs waiting for them to open. Posted time on door says their open from 10am to 8pm it would be nice if they honored their business hrs especially when a truck driver tries to get some vapor supplies when passing through the area very disappointed in who ever was supposed to be there to open

I'm a wind turbine tech, that travels all over the place. This shop has everything you could ask for or need. Hell it has better selections then shops in bigger cities. The owners are cool, and know what they are talking about. I suggest that if you are a vaper, and if you are traveling through the area check this place out and support this shop. It's dang near like shopping on eBay!!!

Amazing shop and great staff ... Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and trying a few of the in house juices and I was very sastified . They even have fund raisers to help other shop owners who have had tuff times . I will always enjoy driving the hour and half trip there because I know I will be happy with my juice and service 😀

Great prices and extremely nice and very helpful folks, love the place, family owned and ran, you can taste vape prior to buying and you can vape and chill inside as well. Thank you River City Vape for making me feel welcomed to Iowa after moving from Ca in August of 2016😎

Poor excuse for buisness owners. My husband goes here because it is the closest one to where we live, unfortunately they cant be bothered to open on time ever. And we usually have to come back through mason city in order for him to give them our money. Wish someone would bother to open a vape shop and keep the hours they post on the door.
Today is a great example supposed to open at 10 at 10:21 the owner showed up.

They have great service and the staff are very knowledgeable. Today however, I tried to buy a coil for a vape that I bought from them, being assured that they would be able to supply me the coils necessary (because I have ran into this problem before). They told me that they no longer carry those coils and that they were not going to order anmore for me... Regardless of the fact that I buy these specific coils from them at least once a week. I hate to be critical because I know they are locally owned and were my go to place, but after asking 3 different times if they could order me more (when they were getting low, saying they would. when I bought the last one, again saying they would order more. and when I requested an order this evening, answered with a no.) I felt a smidge lied to and let down. I only started vaping to quit smoking. But tonight I have no other option but to pick up a few packs.

This place is the best. Awesome staff. Great all around place. If you're in or around Fort Dodge stop in they will fix you up!!!!
