Originally thought this to be a quality place with quality ownership but unfortunately evidence suggests otherwise. I worked here for a short time, and when a random guy started issuing verbal abuse and harassment...I reported the incident to ownership.
You would think there would be ANY concern at all for the employee...but no, I was the one attacked and berated by owners simply for reporting the abuse. This is sick and despicable for a business owner to think it's okay to abuse, attack and berate employees. Especially when they have just been attacked.
I would not advise anyone supporting this hateful and hurtful ownership. Products are over priced anyhow, selection is often minimal at best and there is a reason they can't keep a fulll staff. Sad. Truly sad.

Just about 20 minutes before this review I left a one-star review for the singing Hills location in regards to an employee named Alex being a jerk. I would like to leave this review of five stars for this location being that they were so kind and friendly. I have always loved Vs Vape, and don't want to hurt their business, because they are great at service. So again I will remind in this review, if you are being serviced by a guy named Alex either refuse to purchase from him and go to another location or ask for someone else.

This vape lounge has the same comfortable atmosphere and amazing products as the other two Vi locations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable AND as an added bonus they're sandwiched between a coffee shop and a bakery! It's a great place to hang out when you're just looking for some down time.

Apparently a passport is not a valid form of Identification. Last time I checked it was more valid than a drivers license. Ridiculous
