Iβve been a costumer of this store for a couple of years at this point so I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt. Although I recently have had nothing but horrible encounters with the female clerk working. She couldnβt tell me anything about the products I was trying to purchase and proceeded to role her eyes the entire time. Sad to see how little the costumer is valued at this store now. Please do not keep giving this store your money and go shop elsewhere. I personally will not be returning again. There are plenty of other great stores in this town that you should try first.

I had a great time with my friends. The store was friendly and very welcoming. I personally had no idea what to ask for and we got the help we needed. So Iβm my opinion this is the cigar spot to stop in and enjoy a free moments. The smells of the tobacco are soothing and it wasnβt smoky at all!

very displeased with my experience at vape n cigar. the moment i stepped foot in the door i felt as though i was not welcome. the lady behind the counter was nothing but rude and had an extremely distasteful look on her face. while i was shopping in the store, the clerk was in an argument with another customer who was trying to return a product that was sold broken. not only was she loud and disruptive to shoppers, but she and this store are completely in the wrong!! i feel bad for the man who was ripped off by this joke shop. customers should not be held accountable for products that are damaged out of the box! the lack of proper customer service in this store is why i will never return.

Just had the most uncomfortable and distasteful thing happen to me just now in vapes and cigars. Im not new to the store, and have spent time and money here before I love cigars and I love their set up. I go in and ask for cigars Karen gives me this look and hesitates to take me to the room once we get to the room she is staring at me not asking if I need any help or anything but just staring at me. She then goes to the next room to watch the computer.. I recorded the whole encounter from then on. I would advise anyone black/brown to proceed with caution when going in to this shop. I have NEVER had this happen or given any reason to be treated this way in here at all. Her customer service is disgusting and her whole attitude and demeanor spoke volumes I will NOT be back nor will I send anyone here. Disgusting! Might as well put whites only outside the door.

Went into this store recently the female clerk was very unpleasant. She knew next to nothing about any of the products they had on hand. She went on to mention multiple times that she didnβt know anything about the products. Overall just a very unprofessional store. Please save your money and time and take it elsewhere.

Just came in for an Elfbar, wanted to check out a cigar to maybe celebrate a Chiefs Super Bowl W (hopefully). Humidor lights were off. Walked in and after 5 seconds they turned on. And, as others have mentionedβ¦the woman at the counter seems to have a pretty negative disposition in general and couldnβt answer any questionsβ¦

I am new to cigars and really didn't know what i was looking for today, Unfortunately I did not catch the gentleman's name who helped me today. He suggested a few cigars and was friendly and very Knowledgeable. I will Definitely be coming back for all my cigar needs.

I normally dont have any problems here, they are always very nice, my complaint is about the product and not the place itself. I have bought esco bars many time but I got a different kind this last time and after 1 day it started firing and wouldn't stop and wasted the entire thing, I spent almost 30 dollars on this and the whole thing was wasted. I have had this problems with the Hyde brand so I switched brands and now I don't wamt to buy these either cause I don't want to waste my money on something that is going to malfunction.
