Great experience! I walked in with a ton of questions about CBD. As a result of having two strokes in the past nine months, I've been dealing with crippling anxiety. I've been taking Xanax to help manage it but have been advised to stop. Friends and family have been suggesting CBD for a while so I decided to check it out for myself. The owners, Brian and Susan, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only that, I was very impressed by the store itself. It was modern and inviting! I'll definitely be back and will recommend Phoenix to others!

Everyone that works there are friendly as well as knowledgeable. The first time I went was a bit nervous (not knowing the products/price). They are so good at explaining the products.

I had visited American Shaman before Phoenix CBD. It’s like night & day as a customer. Phoenix CBD has more variety & will not push you to buy a product.

Walking in it's very nice looking. Then you get to the staff. They are incredibly rude if you try to question their product in anyway. I was yelled at inappropriately for simply asking about their limited selection. I am aware of Kansas law where as they seem to not. It's frustrating trying to find a quality product only to be met with rudeness and negativity. I would recommend doing more research before coming to a shop that won't even show you their lab reports. You really don't know what's in their product. That's a red flag for me.

Love these stores! Sam at the 151st location was very kind and knowledgeable. We had an in-depth discussion about my symptoms and I left the store in less pain from the products I had sampled and ultimately purchased. Great employees and a no-pressure environment!

This place is freaking amazing the staff is so knowledgeable and so friendly. What a beautiful relaxed atmosphere! Definitely hands down the best CBD store in all of Kansas what an amazing company! I would love to see more of these around the metro.

Store hours are posted as 10 to 6 everyday but Sunday it is Tuesday I drove 40 miles to buy supplements at the store and the door is locked the time is 1:29 in the afternoon
