I do not have enough amazing things to say about the staff at this location. Brandy, Ty, Sebastian and Peyton are by far the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered when dealing with a business along these lines. These people are the reason I spend my money with Kratom City (and trust me I spend A LOT here). People keep my business not companies, and these people who are staffed here guarantee my business time and time again. Invest in these people I am telling you, they truly an asset to your company!!

I have been supporting this business and its 3 locations for 4 years now. I have NEVER had any issues until today. I tried to call in my order for my husband to pick up and was asked to hold. Ok no biggie 20 minutes later NO one came back to ask how I was or apologize for the long hold time. I know the owners would not want their business ran like that I am completely disappointed in this because of any place I go I choose these shops and this is making me have second thoughts now. I get it is hard to find help but an acknowledgement about my long hold would have went a long way with me.

Horrible customer service. Halloween sale they promoted so much, yeah they closed early at 5pm. The 13th st location employee locked the door in my face at 5:02pm, condesendingly smiling, and said sorry we're closing early...nothing on the flyer about closing early. We spend hundreds a month at both locations. That's NOT how you treat loyal customers. There were 2 or 3 other people walked up right after I did as they normally close at 6pm on Sundays. We ended up giving our money to another shop and now we will continue to go elsewhere since kratom city 13th treat people so poorly. Bad business ethics and customer service.

Always friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They have a huge variety of kratom, powder and capsules. They also sell t shirts and other smoking* accessories. They do have a small selection of vape pens. They do not sell cigarettes. Would definitely recommend for new users of kratom this is a good place to start.
