We went in and had the best customer service experience with John. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He seemed to want to take his time to ensure we left the store with the best product for us. Even though we were there right before they were about to close, he was not in a rush to get us out the door. Instead, he answered all of our questions and even listened to the allergy concerns I had and took care of my needs there! I highly recommend this shop and we will continue to go there for the rest of our CBD needs! Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

I was traveling n bowling green, broke my glass tank!! Ofc right?! And found this place thru google, it was the only place still open at 7pm!! Went and Steven helped me pick out a new tank and set it up for me. He was great and definitely recommend this place!!

We are new to Bowling Green and have been to this shop 3 times now. Everyone is so helpful and kind no matter what day you go in. Juice can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase and vapes come with a warranty that never expires! Best vape store I've ever been to.

Greg is awesome! Haven't vaped in over 4 years. Was wanting to get back into it. Didn't know much anymore, but Greg made sure I knew what I was buying and made me feel very confident in my choice. The best vape shop I've ever been to as far as customer service goes. They also have a much better selection of nicotine salts than most other places.
One of the guys even gave me 10% off some pods because they only had one pack left, which was very nice of them.
All in all just a great shop, and they definitely have my business from here on out.

I went in last night last minute! I have until recently used a juul. I went in not knowing what i wanted or how to use any of it. The guy was super helpful. Took his time and helped me decide what was going to work best for me. He also set everything up and loaded the juice before I left. Highly recommend!!
