This place is alright. The employees are decent. I however prefer their sister shop off the 31 bypass. The owner/employer is very kind and sweet. She is very educated in what she is selling and that is VERY helpful. Plus she is so much more bubbly and energetic. When I leave Prince Hookah I feel as if I've just been drained buy when I leave their sister store, I leave feeling rejuvenated! I suggest their sister store.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this shop. I’ve bought 3 batteries in the last month that have all been faulty and wouldn’t work. The first time I went the guy was very helpful and swapped it out for another one. The second time I was talked into buying another brand. This 3rd time I wasn’t helped at all by the woman, instead I got a lot of attitude and told to buy another. I’ve wasted $50 here this month and still have no working battery.

If anything is wrong with the products, like manufacturer defects, they are quick to work with you and solve the problem. You definitely get your money's worth going there. Fair prices and an awesome atmosphere. I will continue to frequent there.

I’ve heard complaints about how rude they are there, but finally got to experience for myself. I’ve purchased multiple pen batteries from there and every one doesn’t work. The no “return or exchange” is bull for people who still come back to your store multiple times just wanting something to work and even willing to pay the difference from something better. Go to smoke & glass for better service.

They have a good selection but they are rude and seem to rush you. Plus, I bought a water pipe as a Christmas gift and wanted to exchange it for a different color for the same item and they said they won't do that and were very rude on the phone. I won't ever buy anything from them ever again.

Not so easy to view product meaning getting so.done to show you something can be a challenge. They have a lot of cool stuff great selection. Last time I went with friends they guy watched us like a hawk was short with us and flat out rude so we left and went to get what we wanted at the flea market. Not sure about the rest of the place but they do have a lot of cool stuff to choose from and I think their a little pricy but not by much.

The guys there are great, very friendly and willingness to help. A little pricey compare to some other stores however they have the best selection and quality in bowling green by far and the atmosphere is pretty neat as well.
