Incredibly life changing. My boyfriend had a couple strokes a little over a month ago at twenty four years old and has had issues stabilizing his mood and monitoring his anxiety . This is the only thing that has helped him since the strokes to keep a calm mind set and feel relaxed and at ease given the situation, and during a pandemic at that.
