The store is very nice and well kept inside. However, I have gone in the last two days and grab what I need off the shelf only to walk up to the counter and be told that their card machine is down. Before I went the second day I called multiple times to find out if it was working, but no answer. Today I called 8 times--same issue. They could at least put a sign on their door saying their card reader is broken. So it's been 3 days now, going out of my way and wasting gas to find out I cannot get what I wanted.

Penny helped my husband and I by being so knowledgeable about the CBD oil and how to use it. We’re on our 2nd bottle and we are both feeling so much less pain. I have RA and my husband has inoperable back problems. Today we bought a jar of the cream after trying a sample. It works quickly and lasts for several hours. We knew ahead of time that we couldn’t use a credit card, so it was no big deal to bring cash for our purchase, or write a check. The products at this store are high quality, and Penny is always willing to explain the best way to use the products in her store. I highly recommend purchasing CBD oil here.

Unable to get a copy of the COA, if one even exists. Product marking is incorrect, all bottles show the same mg dosage. How can it be 1,000 mg or 750 mg if the bottles are marked the same. Very suspect, changed to another CBD store down the road and felt instant relief that I had not felt after 2 bottles from CWL. Or Hempress. I encourage all customers to ask for the COA and if they won’t produce it, you need to run—not walk away. Don’t take my word, do your homework before making a purchase.

I have had pain all over for some time now and a few months back I fell at work which only made things worse on my body. When I first came in to the Cannabis with love CBD store I was in a knee brace, barely able to walk. I befriended miss Penny and she helped me figure out what would help wit bug my pain the best. Now, I still have pain but it is bearable and I can walk without my brace. I've been taking the oil for a while now as well and the difference is astounding.
