Disappointingly, three months after my purchase, the product separated and had an off odor to it. I went back to the store to discuss my situation. The sales associate was not knowledgeable and could not explain or suggest a reason for my product to be in this condition. When I asked the sales associate if it was safe to use, she said she did not know. She would not exchange my clumpy, off smelling bottle for a new bottle. I feel I wasted $60 on a product that the sales people cannot explain or have very good knowledge of the product. I’m still not sure if it’s safe to use.
