I live in Jay so Farmington smoke shop is closer, but they never have my cigarettes instock. Rumford smoke shop has ALWAYS had them. They care about their customers and ALWAYS friendly n helpful. Highly recommend

I seriously don’t think I’ve had worse customer service in my life. The cashier should not work in retail, she’s incredibly rude, it was a terrible experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone and won’t be coming back.

Would rate 5 stars but there is one person that works here that is absolutely beyond rude towards me for no reason whatsoever.. Every time i walk in she gives very dirty looks and is not helpful at all. Sorry for the poor rating

Wanted to edit my review to say that this is the best place to get my Zyn pouches and that over time I've gotten to know the staff and they are awesome. Good pricing, great sales, and I'm very happy that they're starting to sell logs because I go though a lot of chew.

Love this place I go there just about daily. The cashiers are always nice to me. I would love to work there I have put a four a job interview hope I get picked. I like all the girls that work there.

It's a good place to get cheap tobacco I suppose. Don't like that they won't let me inside with my daughter. Being a single mother who knows no one in this town, makes it nearly impossible for me to go here, unless I have someone to watch my kid.
