I was gifted a vape that didn't work and I have no clue how to work them. I came into the store and was welcomed, I told them I had alot of questions and they were happy to answer every single one! Very knowledgeable and they don't try to upsale you or point you to the most expensive item. I let him know my needs and he gave me the exact product I needed. Also since it was my first time he gave me some matches with their store logo on them. He also gave me a pack of cigarette rolling papers, I don't use them but I have a friend who will appreciate them. Overall great experience; good customer service is so hard to find.
