Friendly staff, weren't intrusive while looking around but there to help when I had questions. Fair prices were clearly labeled on everything, making it easy to narrow down what I was looking for based on my price range. Overall, the store was easy to navigate and the staff was great. Will be shopping there in the future.

I go here weekly with friends. Lovely staff who are very knowledgeable and always so willing to guide! Plus they give away free stickers and matches with every purchase and have nice student discounts!

Very rude and dismissive. They keep the door locked so I knocked and a gentleman in blond dreads and bandana let me in. I planned to browse the store, however, he stopped me right inside the door and said what are you looking for. I mentioned a few products I have been considering and he said "we don't have any." He then walked back to the door unlocked it opened it and stared at me. I saw a few things on the shelves that I wanted to buy, but at that point he was beckoning me out. So here's a tip, if you go there searching for something specific, be sure to say just browsing so at least you get a chance to check out the wares.

This is by far my favorite all-around smoke shop in this area. They have a little bit of everything from traditional pipes and hookahs to electronic vaping devices to glassware (and a good selection of tobacco, shisha, and vaping liquids to go along with your chosen method of ingestion). The staff is very friendly and more than willing to help if you can't make a decision on a product. Prices on most things are as good as, if not better than, I've found in any brick and mortar store, and are just barely higher than on line prices for a lot of items.

My favorite shop in the area. They have an excellent selection of glass with tons of options. The folx behind the counter are always friendly and helpful with the best service. The shop has an amazing variety of glass and other options. I have been going here for all my smoking needs for a couple years and have never had a bad experience. 🌱❤️🙏

I always have a nice experience when I come here. The staff is great! They don't mind answering questions and they always give me details of any product that I may be glancing at. What tops it all is that they give you FREE stickers and matches. I mean, who doesn't like stickers?

These guys are awesome. Prices are what they are. They're not always going to be the cheapest, but if you are looking for the cheapest price rather than having something in your hands, go to amazon or ebay. These guys will take good care of you and answer any questions in a friendly manner without any condescending tone. Thanks for running a great store!

I've been coming to bamboo eater since they opened. i remember when they still had only 2-3 glass display case's LOL. everyone working here is very knowledgeable, prices are always fair. the owners are great guys, that are here to help and sever the community. this is the only place i go for my glass & vape needs. - ONE LOVE - OVER & OUT
