Better than Allegany but I’d rather shop at Allegany since your budtender yelled at my girl a couple weeks back. Just straight yelled at her in the drive thru she came home hella upset. Came back a couple a days ago n everyone e but like 2 employees seemed miserable. Do better please.

I want to start by saying that I absolutely LOVE this company but your new brand rep Kyle is a miss for me. He is very abrasive and interrupted me every time I tried to speak. Just reminded me of another MSO brand rep who knows it all. I specifically liked GW because it was a smaller company, seems like they’re trying to change that image now. Definitely a step in the wrong direction, especially when he mansplains simple industry standards. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I need everything dumbed down for me by a know it all guy. Sorry GW. Your flower and company are both awesome but your brand rep isn’t a good representation of what I thought Grow West was.

As advertised is not the same as the product you receive just an estimate of what the product miGht be like compared to the other products on sale. Good prices but consistency is different.
If you are in a hurry or just getting off work you most likely wont have time to get you in. I sat on hold for nearly 20 minutes and drove there and sat in like for 15 minutes to got refused service because it was a half hour before they closed.

Well for obvious reasons. But also I think their prices are pretty decent compared to the fact that on the street you were paying the same price for stuff that may have not even been legit I do think they need to have a bigger selection of the flower though

Coming from out of town these people were so kind and friendly and helped me with every step. Honestly I’m not used to this level of service from dispensaries and it was a welcome change. Not to mention they had some killer deals on flower which brightened my day.
