I'm a new pt. I like the service and the people are knowledgeable. The pandemic nearly put a stop to the walk-in experience, (and it was a little like being in the candy store. 😆) I look forward to more walk-in purchases since I don't drive and depend on public transportation.
Their website needs a little extra help to explain the strains, and products. The site is designed for chrome, but I found a few products under one category tab (vape carts) but not when using the filter. It would also be helpful to post the lobby hours as they change.
