A pantheon of greatness. The place is phenomenal; perfect set up, extraordinary service, and most importantly some of the best stock around all at relatively understandable and cheap rate. At the shop the customer service is off the charts and you don't end up trading quality for quantity(💰💸💲). All in all everything is at a stand alone relatively cheap price, top that with the outstanding friendlessness of the personal there and you have a smoke shop at its finest!

I bought a $20 Vape battery which did no work/hold a charge. I brought it back two days later. From the moment I walked in, the woman (Jamie) behind the counter was unfriendly and unwilling to help, simply stating that the store policy of "no refunds or exchanges" was posted all around the store.
"But... you sold me a product that does not work. I can't have the same thing in exchange - but one that is functioning properly?"
"No. We do not open the package of every product we sell and test it to make sure it works so I cannot offer you a replacement for this item."
WTF?
Before posting this review, I reached out to the email address on their website to give the management a chance to make things right. I received no response.

Small shop but wide selection of pipes, bongs and other "happy" items for "happy" folks. I myself was only there to get directions on how to get away from there, as my employer urine test for happy people. Enjoy

I've been looking around for a decent smoke shop around Boston, haven't seen any good ones until I came to Raja Smoke shack . The shop is very clean. Owner is great and friendly also. Prices are very fair. Definitely suggest to all !

This is one of the cleanest cigar shops that I've been to in the area. They had a good selection of mild to full bodied cigars as well as a bunch of other things (hookahs, vaporizers, bongs, and cigarettes for pretty good prices). They have very good customer service and they just opened up down the street from my T-stop. This is going to be my usual spot for Tobacco.

Incredible prices, they advice you to the right product not the most expensive product. We bought a bowl for our 200$ bong for 9 bucks everywhere else is 25$ for something way cheaper made. I was impressed by the customer service knowledge and it was an employee not even the owner. We got 300 raw papers for 5 bucks!

Normally I tend not to sing the praises of my competitors as it's not the most sound business model but I gotta give it to these guys for being one of, if not the only vape shop in Malden open before 10 am. They've also got quite an impressive assortment of "dry herb" paraphernalia and tons of vape juice flavors to pick from. Worthy competition!

I've been here dozens of times, their staff is always amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. The prices are really great to. I would highly recommend going here for any glass pieces, hookahs, rolling needs, or pipe needs. They also have JUUL refills and vape accessories.

This people don't know what there doing. Called in to get ejuice they said they head it when I got there they told me they had no idea. Ended up wasting my time and gas.
