Met with an employee at a market in Springfield. Nice guy, knows his stuff. Went into the shop and they had a variety of everything you'll need for your setups. All in all great people with allot of knowledge! Will be back again!

This is the absolute best hydro shop in the area. Super super helpful and knowledgeable. I have mostly dealt with the owners kayla and dan and they are amazing! Surely beats any hydro shop in the area and I cant say that enough. I used aquarius hydro a handful of times before their terrible customer service pushed me over to western mass hydro and I'm glad that happened as I will never go anywhere else besides western mass hydro.

Staff was nice ,helpful,informational UNTILL IT WAS TIME TO DO THE RIGHT THING. they stand up behind their products with "GUARANTEE" thats NOT THE TRUTH. I couldn't obtain a reciet for a cash purchase and then couldn't stand behind my purchase when they failed there " GUARANTEE" without a reciet i wasent givin.

Love these guys very knowledgeable and kind, they point you in the right direction and never treat you like you're just a sale which is rare. The owners take time to listen and point you in the right direction and save you some money to boot. Highly recommend this company to anyone
