What a relief to find a shop where the owners really care, are knowledgeable and don't try to just sell you stuff. Derek made me feel great about their products and really took his time to educate me about the various options (I had no idea what to buy). I didn't feel rushed and I walked out of there with all sorts of paperwork and his handwritten notes.
