Derek and Corrin were absolutely understanding, empathetic and so knowledgeable. You can tell they really love investing their time into knowing the ins and outs of their business. They helped us decide which item would be best for a regimen. They made us feel so welcome and that we were not alone! The ride home, we needed to have our son try an item to help him remain calm to even get home and he is now comfy on the couch snuggling. Our son has seizures and is in medicine that makes him aggressive. We decided to go the CBD route and purchased some from a store that seemed to help but we weren’t given much advice or info on how to use it. As we continued to research I found The Mass Apothecary and started asking questions. Derek immediately responded and was so incredibly helpful and full of information. He looked at what we were given by another store, listened to our concerns for our son and really took time to educate us and walk us through. Phenomenal customer service and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It is so apparent that this business does not exist solely for profit but they have a real heart to help those hurting. Highly recommend.
