I would give 5 but the older black lady that "works" there gets so agitated with me because she has to get up and get me a vape juice and it's every single time. The guy who works there is knowledgeable and nice. Get rid of homegirl and yall will be 5 stars

I bought a faulty (likely counterfeit) vape that continued to hit even if when I was actively using it - this occurred straight out of the box after the first hit. The battery just kept hitting which resulted in the device heating up and the vape tasted burnt after only two hits. I took it back in the store and showed the guy the vape was burning even when I wasn’t hitting it. He got me another box, had me hit it, and it did the same thing. After calling someone he got off the phone and told me he can’t change the vape and I need to hit it slower (meanwhile the vape is still actively burning in my hand while I’m not hitting it). Not only was the vape more expensive than others in the area, it was faulty and poor customer service tipped it all off. I’ll never be back here again. I’d rather travel to bel air and get more reliable products.

The bald black lady always ignores me when i come in. Never fails. She will take everyone before me when i come in for the same thing every single time and takes 10 seconds. This use to be my go to and now, have lost my business. I will not shop here anymore. She is the most lazy, unprofessional, and is always on the phone whenever i come in. Sad. She needs to be fired.

Smoke King is a great place. One of the important things for me is the fact that the owner has great product knowledge. Other tobacco stores in the area just try to sell an item and don't know anything about it. Quality items as well with lowest prices around! Great parking. Easy to get what I need without the hassle of trying to find a place to park. Those who gave a one star rating must have not actually been in the store! Their low reviews are way off base and inaccurate

The owner and staff members is very attentive and have knowledge of all of their products. And rather you're five or five hundred be prepared to be ID,. I was older than both staff members and I still had to get ID, which is a good thing now days. The store is clean and well put together and I will be back and will be recommending them

I don’t understand why the Gentleman gave me one star. I was there for the grand opening never saw a child there. What I did see was a lot of great products. They were friendly and attentive. They want to make sure that you leave their store knowing exactly what each product is used for. It would be great if they have some jelly belly. LOL

Lots of different brands and options to chose from.. Clean well organized store. Some of the staff is professional and knowledgeable but not all of them.vapes cartridges are cheaper there than most places..

Best Selection in town, biggest variety of tobacco and tobacco related items. The store clerks have the product knowledge to assist you in your decision. If you want a product they don't carry, they would do everything they can to get it for you. They also have a very large snack/candy section.

What I love about this location is the ease of access. Lots of parking in the lot and the store is very spacious, yet holds so many products! It is not a hassle to park like other tobacco stores in the area. I can get items that I can enjoy and also gift to others. This store has loyal and committed staff and ownership that cares about customer wants and needs!
