This is the most friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff at a glass store I've encountered in at least 5-6 states. Their glass selection is gorgeous and their high end pieces are reasonably priced. Everyone who works there is great, but Joe is a stand out, who is gonna be able to help any customer or patient type get the glass etc that will work best for them. The only handicapped accessible glass store in the area that has a knock out selection.

Originally a five star review until I got home and opened my piece and banger just to find out they aren't the same size. So now I have a bong I can't use and a banger I can't use. Other than that Joe was more than helpful. He helped us learn some new thing about the pieces we bought.

Greeted warmly and felt very welcome upon first entering. Francis was really a great help, we were in and out pretty quickly even though we had no idea what we wanted, he answered all of our questions and made it easy to pick out something in our price range. We will defiantly be back

Not a great experience at all! Bought a $50 nectar collector and within five hours it stopped working. Was told I cannot exchange or get a refund though there was no damage done to it on my end. Now I get to haggle with the Chinese manufacturer ! Yay!! Don’t go to this store :)

10/10 Customer Service! 🤩 Moe at the counter greeted me immediately, took me to the product I wanted, let me pick from a variety, and even gave me instructions on proper use and care. Definitely will come again.
