I can't give this place any stars.
If it is the same people running it now that were there 1 year ago, I would never go back. I stopped in looking for a pipe. I was the only customer in the store and the male person working was very rude when I would ask a question. He acted like I was bothering him in someway so as I turned and walked out the door I told him I'll take my money to another store where they'd be happy to answer any questions I may have.

Best smoke shop around!! They even have there own studio!! There on site blower can blow any pipe thrown his way. He has skills and you can definitely tell hes been blowing for a very long time!

Like a kid in a candy store EVERY TIME! Everything your modern (or old school) smoker could possibly need. Very knowledgeable and informative staff. Always super helpful and patient with my questions.

If you ever need a piece of any kind this is the best glass shop in Michigan and has bongs for all price ranges, materials and will help you find the exact one for you, without putting on pressure to pay more. And they even let you fill any of the bongs with water to test if you like how they perk. They also have great service and a in house doctor for getting you medical marijuana card.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion!
4/9/19 Addendum after reply from owner: Let be very clear... It was NOT my confusion. When you're going to have a large number of people show up at at the same time in a very small area, there should have been a plan, or at the very least, a designated person to give out information or instructions. Also paperwork could have been given out at arrival instead of having people wait in line 3 times. Some of these people are here because they are in severe pain. This was how it went: 1. Stand in line to get paperwork, 2. Fill out and stand in line again, 3. Stand in line to see the doc (a few were lucky enough to get a chair), 4. Stand in line again to turn paperwork from doc in and get your paperwork to mail in. It made no difference how early or late you arrived as to who was seen first and this caused irritation in the crowd. So, I'm not trying to be rude, but there could definitely be some improvement. Sorry I struck a nerve, but it was not MY confusion.

I LOVE this headshop. The staff are always very helpful and down to earth and the quality of pieces they carry are top notch. They have everything a good headshop should have. Worth the 1.5 hour drive.

Have a lot of merchandise but has a no return policy. I think it's bulcrap to spend 40.00 on a smoking device and not be able to exchange it for a new one, a week after buying it.
