"Xact Cannabis Co.’s provisioning center is located at 414 N. Main Street in downtown Cheboygan. We occupy a completely renovated, 120-year-old building in the historic district located at the corner of US 23 and Main St. Over the last 18 months Xact has employed many local contractors and tradespeople in the renovation from demolition to reconstruction. The Xact provisioning center staff is comprised of Cheboygan residents as well. We are diligently working towards our next phase of vertical integration by renovating a 24,000 square foot cultivation and processing facility located in the Cheboygan industrial park. "

Excellent variety of different cannabis and CBD products. Everything I have tried from there has been excellent. I found out that I can handle a Sativa now without the anxiety and paranoia lol. The photo is me trying out the Super Lemon Haze Sativa Live Resin out of my Dab Rig. Very uplifting high that makes me want to do stuff instead of lounging around which I hate doing period lol. I am more of an Indica Dominant smoker because I smoke at night after a hard day's work and I am out like a light. I am pretty high strung and always on the GO GO GO so the Indica helps me wind down and sleep like a baby. Great deals and the taxes are included in the price which is sweet. I get a discount because I am Tribal as well so that is a major plus. Keep up the hard work guys. You have a repeat customer.

Best place in town by far the people are friendly and helpful only downfall is I wished they would sell the blood orange coastal waters brand. Tax is already figured into the price so it makes it convenient.
