Absolutely amazing customer service here! Everyone I dealt with from the walk in to the purchasing area were very friendly and the budtender(guy with beard) was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great little place you got going! I’ll definitely be back when on vacation!

Haven’t been here in a couple months but they have the best service in the business imo. Very friendly and fast. They even do dog treats for your furry friends. From California to DC they are the best in customer service.
As far as section and product goes they are the best in Crystal Falls. The other guys have a pretty building, but Glazed and Confused has the best products in town.

Not sure what the point of online ordering is when you still stand in line for 40 minutes while they take people one at a time 0/10 for the wait and the disorganized mess they have going on here also no donuts so I’m more confused than glazed

Make sure you count your money 3 times and take a pic of it before they take it and walk away because they like to "lose money" on the trip inside the building and will come out demanding more... watch yourself.

A great little store
My only negative is the discrepancies between online and in-store. I've pre-ordered before arriving but when I pick up they options I selected weren't available in store or had been sold out for sometime.
Other than that they have some of the best prices I've seen so far and the product quality is amazing. I like the amount of options and products they carry.
Our budtender wasn't as knowledgeable as the other staff and did mix up a few of the products but overall extremely happy with our products.
