Updating because their loyalty program has certainly been updated for the better! The loyalty points are tracked much easier, and seem to communicate faster between purchases.
As mentioned previously the staff remains wonderful, they are communicative and friendly.
The selection has nice staple flavors with various rotations, and their cold cure and live rosin is very worth the price.
Old Review:
Their selection is very friendly and anyone can find something they're looking to indulge in. Plus the staff is always extremely nice and easy to talk to!
However, at the end of the day, it feels very much like a corporate weed shop.
I've frequently stopped here over the past few months because I enjoy their concentrates, carts, and cold cures, but after my loyalty points have been zeroed out without my use twice now I probably won't be returning as frequently. It's a bummer because I happily would have used them, but it felt like my money and customer loyalty was swept under the rug.
