Just amazing! We drove up from Indiana my daughter turned 21 and we went to 6 this was her favorite Look at this flower for $17 8th amazing And prerolls were all 25% off made them like $7 for Gram rolls this place was amazing I've been to the one in cold water and now in Kalamazoo and I am definitely a lifetime customer I love it amazing prices amazing quality the staff was so helpful and so great they made the experience really fun for a 21 year old :)

The person who waited on me my first time i visited is named Fox. VERY informative and helpful. Easy to talk with. I don't know the name of the guy who helped me today, but he was well informed, too. I didn't have as many questions this visit. Definitely in my top 5 list of local shops.

Great Products, Although you have to stay on Employees at the counter or they'll let other people go before you if your shopping and waiting to go back. They always apology when I have to wait but it seems they should just go in order of people who are waiting. 3 times it happened to me otherwise I would have given 5 stars

I’ve been shopping with Lume all but exclusively (various locations) for over a year. The quality is first class, best-in-state, and the service is always excellent but today my tender KENNY was *exceptionally* helpful. Portage location was not at all busy, even at rush hour, and although I placed a large, complicated order — two, in fact — Kenny had me in and out in less than 15-20 minutes. Always a pleasure!

Lume is the only place I order from because of their customer service on top of products. Prices are pretty comparable to others but any time I’ve called they’re so kind and helpful; as well as the delivery people. I’m terminally ill and in wheelchair, opening the door to anyone gives me anxiety. I always feel safe dealing with the delivery team. Always recommend Kzoo Lume.

I've been to 4 different Lume locations i havnt had a single bad experience. Lume is top notch. Great customer service great product great prices. I will only b shopping from lume dispensaries. No more buying blind u can see and smell the flower at Lume locations before u pay. Special thanks to John he really knew his product and made my visit very comfortable.
