Decent variety in selection. Didn't have exactly what I was looking for but was able to substitute with similar item. Easy transaction, friendly staff.

Great atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stopped by while on vacation for the week to restock on juice. The guy behind the counter was able to give me a great recommendation for a new juice to try based off of the flavors I told him I liked. Left with exactly what I was looking for.

I was here last year and have nothing but good things to say. I understand every customer can have a different experience either good or bad. But if you've ever worked customer service before...you'd understand more if you walked in on a worker having a rough day. It doesn't automatically mean this establishment is incompetent, nor write this place off permanently.
I'm back in town and hope to stop in. Do you carry Kratom products? I can't remember all the products.

Usually if I don’t receive my juice/coils in the mail on time then I will go to rustic, usually have been good about helping ect. This past time where I needed new coils for a pen I didn’t use in years. Left with a few coils, then realized you need this extra metal piece that is only included with the glass top. The glass tops have been sold separately at almost every place that carries the brand. When the guy told me they were out of them currently , I asked what most do “do you know of anywhere else that may carry them possibly?”. He replied with “uhmmm I work HERE”…I looked at him in confusion, because clearly he only works there. Then says “so I can only say for here,”. Mind you this person has been working there for years now. I was confused because everywhere I have gone, if they didn’t carry or had in stock of what you were looking for they would suggest another place that may. I myself have suggested other practices in my line of work. When I left and called another place of business they told me that they did not have any in stock, but without asking literally gave me 4-5 other places of business that carry/may carry the brand, including Rustic Vape as one of them. They also suggested that if I couldn’t find anything, I could come there and they could see how they could help me as best as possible since I had new coils I just bought and to see if anything they have may fit. Nothing fit, but I bought a new set up from them anyway. I didn’t bother to look else where because right off the bat they were courteous and wanting to help as much and as best as they could. Point to this comment: A lot of us are small business owners in a small town. Be good to your community and if you don’t have something in stock or a service to which one is looking for, suggest others that do or may. Because sometime in the future, that other small business will be mindful and suggest Rustic Vape, like today they did. Pushing business your way. I chose to spend more money on a whole new setup because they were very helpful, suggestive, positive and kind.

Would love to have some extra variety for there line of juice, but I not a whale to influence buying trends. Knowledge is great from crew. Hopefully when COVID-19 calms down, the establishment can increase products and options

Went in looking to replace my Juul with something that didn't have leaky pods, hit better, had more flavor options and a longer lasting battery and Tyler hit it out of the ballpark, 4 for 4! He was super helpful and knowledgeable, knew exactly what I was looking for before I even finished describing what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and am looking forward to going back and continuously doing business there.

Cashier at this location was rude when asked if he carried a product that he does NOT and then got even more rude when asked if there was anyone else in the area who may have such product. I was looking simply for a coil. I absolutely didn't need to be treated like I was about to put him out of business by going somewhere else. Come on dude! I'm already a little edgy cuz I can't hit my vape... You may be the only vape shop but you could at lease make the shopping experience a little more pleasurable. Spread a little kindness!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I been to shop where the employees were ruder, more unkempt, or more disrespectful. If you're planning on going to Rustic, I highly recommend you rethink it and go somewhere where the employees who aren't completely incompetent.

To the girl that works at rustic thank you for helping me this morning. I was upset and frustrated over my voopoo drag not working 3 weeks after buying due to the charging port coming out. You were very professional and accommodating regardless of how upset I was. I'm sorry if I frazzled you :(

The rudest staff members I've ever met at any store. They act like know it alls. If you don't know much about vaping I would not go here. Most expensive vape shop I've ever been to. They should be friendly and helpful instead of acting like they know more than you and you shouldn't be there. I asked if they had a certain item, and the guy behind the worst attitude. Rustic should really hire some inviting, friendly people.
