The service is always wonderful. I have been in a few times and each time everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to answer any questions I have without making me feel dumb. I don’t smoke, but am doing a raffle for a casino bus trip so I am a little clueless and it shows.

Sozo is pretty okay. They run some pretty damn good deals. They seem to always have new workers in there so as soon as I get used to my budtender there's a brand new one so I don't know if there's a high turnover right there but that is something I noticed. The store is pretty clean the vibe is pretty good it seems like they don't mix it up too much so if you like something and you like it consistently you know where to go to get it.

I like Sozo Muskegon because it is near my home and the products that I use are of a variety good quality. The quality to price ratio is comparable to the other vendors in the market and if you shop the sales and specials you can find a deal on your favorite items. My only quibble is the training of new employees. I think that new or less experienced staff should have a little more guidance when working the showroom. The last time I was there the young person who worked with me had a great deal of enthusiasm and was a real joy to talk with but nearly every question I had for her had to be handed off to a more experienced person in another room. I am sure that the employee in question will prove to be a real asset to the company and I was there in a very busy time. Thank you.
