She knows my order, what I like, and my gets products together when I walk through the door. She even called me personally when my go-to oil was back in stock. I recently visited the Royal Oak Mother Earth location and was assisted by Juliane. This was my first time purchasing CBD products and I’m glad I came here! Juliane was very informative and listened to my needs before suggesting different products that may be best for me! She shared her personal testimony with the products and provided a very educational experience. I felt very encouraged to go back, as she had me start with some of the lower potency options with the intent to see how they worked and come back to continue with the same products, take a step up, or try something new. Juliane was so helpful, especially since I was a little nervous going in, not knowing what I was looking for. I wanted something to help with my stress, anxiety, and muscle pain. So far, I really like the products I left with, and I’ll definitely be returning! So happy to have had such a great customer experience, and I feel very comfortable now going in to purchase again.
