Super friendly and clean. Very professional. Not offering recreational in Traverse City yet, but that should change soon. Great selection for every need. It is on the west side of Garfield, attached to a gym, kiddy-corner from the Beverage Company. The signs are good, but easy to accidentally pass. Would definitely recommend Puff!

She had amazing customer service and the few times I have dealt with her in store were very pleasant. You can tell she works hard and takes pride in what she does.
