I went in thinking why wasn't that other store open. I left a very happy customer. I was schooled on the batteries for cartridges, run the battery out before charging. Spent about what I was planning. Watch out where you park, she will get you. This was the best experience I have had at URB. They treated me very well. Chances are good that I return within the next 15 days. See you then.

Good selection but the bud tender, Rhiana ID 36773 was extremely RUDE! Acting like she was to busy and getting really annoyed by us asking questions. Not a smile. Not a friendly vibe at all. I love this place so much I literally drive 2 hours just to come get their products. But wow with that experience with her makes me reconsider ever giving my business here again. So sad people can not have common decency.

Nice job come from Midland just to check you guys out. Sad to hear that all the product that is set out to be smelt and sampled by customers is destroyed. Should do mix and match bags of ounces on specials on the stuff that's destroyed but very satisfied with product keep up the max out deal
