My husband has chronic back & shoulder pain, moderate to severe anxiety.
I suffer from chronic anxiety and depression, and take prescription medication to curb the extremes. Occasional back, neck, knee pain.
Since starting daily CBD tinctures & gummies my depression has noticeably decreased; hitting lows that cripple me is much less common. I no longer use Xanax, I don't need it.
My husband is sleeping better, feeling better mentally and physically, and is taking less OTC pain medication.
For acute pain, the pain creams/balms are very effective. We're living better with CBD.
1000 & 2000mg intense pain cream: this balm eases or relieves muscle & joint pain quickly & effectively. Effective on sprains & shoulder pain. Absorbs quickly, not greasy, carrier ingredients are wonderful for skin.

ExtremeX THC & CBD pain relief body rub: Like the 1000/2000 CBD rub above, but stronger. Uses Delta 8 THC with CBD.

Sleepybear Gummies: Boost of CBD for better sleep, calm, pain relief, plus melatonin and herbs to support the same. Very effective when you find the right dose; my husband takes 1, I take 2.
CBD gummies (daytime/anytime): These are very effective, again: find your dose. I take one every morning.
During a mild panic attack I took 2 gummies, effective for calming down. About 90 minutes later I had a beer, and after about 8oz I was feeling very pleasantly drunk. I can usually have 1-2 drinks within 60-90 minutes & feel little to nothing; the CBD seemed to enhance the effects of the alcohol in my case. This took me by surprise. I was never ill, uncomfortable, or scared, I just know to not have alcohol after a higher dose of CBD unless I'm home. If I'm home it's a pleasant feeling.
Tinctures: I have used everything from the 1000 to 5000mg, and am now on .5mL of the 5000mg per day, as is my husband. We double the dose to 1mL/day if there is injury, illness, inflammation, or acute external stressors. .5mL is about 42mg of CBD when taking the 5000mg tincture.
This dose has proven to be effective in noticeably decreasing anxiety, depression, mild chronic pain, and we're sleeping better.
The longer you use it daily, the better it works. Took about 10-12 days to feel the FULL effect of daily/constant benefit.
50mg CBD face cream: Looks really intense, but absorbs fast & does not make my skin oily. The ingredients are all good for nourishing and soothing skin. Love it.

Honey with CBD: On toast, in tea, on cereal....adds CBD to anything you take with honey! Can taste the CBD, but especially in tea or on food, it's not noticeable to the point of detracting from taste. Also a great way to get CBD in to your day if you don't like the taste of a stronger tincture or you need a boost.
Massage oil with CBD: REALLY helps release sore or tense muscles, more so than massage without the CBD infused. I'll also use this as a body oil after a bath to replenish my skin & keep muscles loose.
