Very friendly, and helpful staff. I was picking up something for my husband, and they helped tremendously as I myself do not vape. They also offer a discount program, where he had gotten $5 off. Prices were very reasonable. They also had a large selection of products!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, sold my wife a whole vape kit when i only needed a tank.... no problem cause it wasn't opened and maybe we can exchange it but no they don't return basically anything no matter what. In the past I got a broken bottle of juice they wouldn't exchange either even tho I hadn't left the building. Manager basically said nothing they can do. Never going back and don't want to be dealing with nicotine with drawls while being treated like this as a paying customer. So out of this whole mess at least you guys helped me to finally quit vaping for good.
