I was given the wrong coil. Bought a New tip and was told it would fit but it doesn't. Will be going back today, hopefully can figure this out. They fixed it no problem. Even put it together for me. I was very worried. But they made it a pleasant experience. THANK YOU YOU GUYS

Zero return policy. Tried swapping a device for a different color. Came back 10 minutes later still in package. Pretty simple ask, or so I thought.

Was in getting a tattoo,which by the way turned out great. How ever the guy that was working at the vape shop or side is a total dush bag we had maid an agreement that I was going to purchase some things from I even ask him to put a battery on the charger because I needed to go do a few other things and get some money from my partner and that I would be back by 4:30 5 and this jerk just lied to my face because when I got back there at the time I said I would be back he had closed. That just a great way to run things I couldn't believe it after we had talked about what I was going to get for at least a half hour. Thanks a lot for wasting my time ya jerk.

Fantastic customer service! Prices are a little high though and I don't like that you can't smoke/vape the e-cig juice's. Only can put some on your finger to taste. Which is completely different from smoking.

Customer service was good but it drove me crazy that the only way you can sample ejuice is to dab on finger and lick it... So I did that and liked it then bought it for more then other places then did not like it at all in my vape so was disappointed
