Hugh selection on everything from vaporizers, liquids and glass. In my opinion its the best smoke shop in the twin cities. I got an amazing deal on my new mod and they worked with me on the price. The staff were extremely helpful. There's a women with brown hair there and she is the one to talk to. I'll definitely be back.

Not my go to vape shop but it's on the way home from work so I stop here on occasion for convenience. Prices are higher than other shops in the area and lower quality juice. Decent shop if you know what you need but the staff doesn't seem interested in their customers. So far I've been quoted wrong prices and left alone after waiting for them to free up so they can help another customer who stated "I'm their top customer so they have to help me." Not a welcoming atmosphere. Try Infinite Vapor in Burnsville instead. They have a super helpful and knowledgable staff with a great juice selection.

Wow terrible service in the store. I told the guy that was helping me this is the first time I bought or used a vape device. He did put together the smok stick V8 but did not prime the device with the oil. I burned my throat and ingested the oil and the oil was everywhere coming out of the device. I figured out what I needed to do but good customer service would have helped me the first time. Great customer service would have done it for me showing me how not to burn out a $5 coil. I called 3 times the next morning between 1030a-1130a when someone finally answered he asked if I called 3 times and only to call once because he had 8 customers in the store. I asked my questions and he said absolutely no exchanges or refunds even though he didn't help me in the first place. So dissatisfied never go to this place!!! On my way home when I had oil dropping everywhere I stopped at a tobacco store in Rosemount the guy was very kind to clean my device, switch the coil and show me how to use it.

Sold me a fake vaporizer. Gives off acrid smells when it is turned on, looks real enough but when you get it in your hands you can tell by the cheap plastic. I tried to bring it back but got stonewalled. Don't trust this store, there is another, better spot just a bit west of here.
