No returns. Even on freshly sealed unopened merchandise. Wont be going here again. Staff is not knowledgeable lead me to buy wrong item and couldn't make it right.

This was my 4th visit to this shop. 50/50 chance of getting good service or being ignored. Went in at 4pm to pick up a vape mod and some juice for a friend I turned on to vaping. They are 20% off so I decided to buy myself a new mod also and I need my usual 4 bottles of juice. Probly close to 300.00 total. One customer other then myself in there. The customer could not figure out what he wanted. Sales person clearly can see me watching/waiting 5 feet away for 10 min. Clearly cannot multitask whatsoever. Not even an "I'll be right with you". I'll be finding a new shop that actually wants my money. Nice store but badly managed people.
