I came in to try to exchange an unused incorrectly sized piece of glass and the older lady that seemed to be in charge refused to even let me exchange the piece for another different item of the same value. Its unfortunate to see such poor customer service from someone seemingly to be in charge. The younger man with dreadlocks was very helpful and attentive. He even tended to the rush out front while his female coworker was outside the store. Maybe she has something to learn from him.
