I forgot the employees name but on 4/19/2021 he stayed 5 minutes late for me to make a purchase he drove a cool little sonic. Super friendly and was willing to go above and beyond by staying a few minutes late to help me out since I was running late. Its hard to find quality employees but he wasn't your average guy he was knowable and polite ill definitely be back in the future.

I first patronized Smokeless almost 11 years ago when it was just a kiosk in Burnsville Center & have been a customer ever since. Angie, Jesse & crew are extraordinarily helpful plus prices are more than fair. Their House fluid, 503 is great quality.The menu of flavors are good & always expanding.
I smoked 2pk of cigarettes/day & quit in only 3 days because of Vaping & Smokeless deserves some of the credit for helping me quit.

I've been there twice and was not disappointed with my purchase on either occasion. They take their time to let you sample a variety of flavors to let you pick the right one for you. Not to mention you can purchase 60ml of liquid for somewhere in the mid $20 range (a fraction of the price other stores will charge you). Give them your business.

I would recommend not going here when the tall lady with short black hair is working. Or ask for someone else. Try one juice then she gets annoyed if you want to try others. Never treats you nice and acts like your a pain in her a**. She is just overall rude. I would say she is the only downfall to the store. If I walk into the store and i see her stand up to help me I would rather leave and go to a different store. Every other employee is great especially Jesse. Excellent juice not much variety in hardware though.
