Excellent service and selection. I've frequented the store several times and have not been disappointed. Saturday, 12/12, I needed assistance in selecting a new vape device and the young gal assisting me was knowledgable and thorough in providing me assistance. I totally love my purchase.

Customer service is great, Aaron (the employee that helped me) attempted to fix my broken vape. It didn’t work, but I was happy he even tried. I ended up getting a new one and the one recommended to me is great. Will be going back for any of my vaping needs.

Huge store with an absolutely great selection of all your smoking needs. Definite recommend if you need this service, stop by and see it because it is the biggest around. Stellar. Simply awesome. When completed it will be the Kwik-Trip of vape shops.

New in town so I have to find a new spot to get all my stuff I go in to get a nectar collector and first of all the sales associate doesn’t know the price I ask if he can figure it out at the counter and he replies yes as I make my way to the front he tells me that the piece is $120 I think about it for a bit because the price is a little high and I do decide to buy it anyway drive to half hour to my new house unwrap my new piece And there’s a price tag on it that says $80 that the sales associate must not of seen so I called up there and explain to the other sales associate what happened and she tells me that’s the price my manager said and sorry we don’t take returns so basically they stole $30 plus tax for me no I frequent these types of places in the city quite a bit and spend lots of money at them but I will never go back to this place and I suggest none of you do either horrible service hi prices and very bad sales practices

Although I do not smoke, I stopped with my friend on the way to a medical appointment, who does smoke. She has great things to say about this smoke shop for pricing and great staff. This was picked up on my phone for Google location services in order to rate business locations.

This smoke shop has a huge building and is very easy to find, and there is lots of fun parking! I was very impressed with the wide variety of product they carry especially the Delta 8!

The new screens they started selling are super fragile. They are not the quality of the usual screens you buy from other smoke shops. They are way more thin. They literally start to break apart after smoking a bowls if you lightly poke it. Which is kind of dangerous. Those tiny and easily broken metal fragments could get inhaled and lodged in your lungs. Beware. Is it really worth the money you save from cutting corners and buying cheaper, thinner screens when it can effect the health of your consumer that you sell too? They must cost a penny apiece to purchase. Now they what, pay half a penny apiece to buy a more thin screen than they already are? Especially since they charge more for screens in cloquet than anywhere else. I get its a small location and the company needs to inflate prices to compensate. But do not compromise the quality of your products.

In my experience, this store has the best customer service of the smoke shops in the area. you are immediately greeted with a smile and the employees are very educated on the products they sell. I was helped with an employee named stephanie, who is very friendly AND patient:)
