VERY DISAPPOINTED.
CONTINUOUSLY overcharged by incredibly RUDE staff, because nothing is priced, or priced correctly, and they are always crabby or rolling their eyes and sighing, and have basically no knowledge of anything they are selling. Every time we ask them a question about a product, they don't know the answer, or anything about it, and act like it's a chore to just walk over to where the product we are looking at is.
They are always rushing us out of there. My husband and I would LOVE to spend a few hours looking around, and buy a LOT of products, we always want to, but every time we're there, the staff is always trying to rush is out of there after 20 minutes. You just don't feel welcome at ALL.
We have had NO good experiences shopping here, because of the staff.
They don't tell you prices, and never give you a receipt. And the $10-$30 "grab bags" are very disappointing, a complete rip off. It is very disappointing being they have GREAT items, but you never know what you're going to pay, it almost seems like they make up an number at the register.

I'm just going to say that if you have a problem that ends up happening because of your store there's no reason why your customers should be the one that have to pay the price I went in to buy coils and a few other things and got charged $40 a piece for the coils, which is the price of the mod itself and when I noticed the problem on the receipt, I was told that I couldn't get a refund and the only way to do the refund was store credit, really crabby customer service... Like I don't blame the employee because obviously it's from upper management...

The owner is terrible. Constantly degrading his employee’s. Changing pay & over working them. Have you ever noticed the very high turn over rate of employees, yeah that’s because of the very inconsiderate owner. Also tries/is intimate with certain employees and give them special treatment, so unprofessional. Very poor place to work for and they will never be getting my business again.

Groovy little place , very well laid out & plum full of all your smoking accessories . The lighting , Decor & the building are very modern. Who remodeled this place did an excellent job. They've got a little bit of everything & if they don't have it they can get it .

Same thing. Tried again 3 weeks later still no pods for geekvape. Funny how I got sum from Virginia few weeks ago. Over a month now waiting. Just ordered from online. Sure I'm a rush to sell me alternatives. 3 vape system in a year that they never seem to have pods.

Fantastic shop with everything you need, BUT Worked for the owner for the past year and constantly got degraded, hourly wage changed every other paycheck, manipulated into doing things an “owner” should do, money taken out of checks because of owner not converting bills to change. Very unprofessional. 0/10 would NOT recommend to work for.
