Friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent variety of liquid and adequate equipment available

I was pretty skeptical/nervous prior to coming here for the first time because I knew nothing about vaping and wasn't sure that it would help me quit smoking analogs. The staff understood and they were non-judgmental - they went above and beyond in getting me the perfect setup and showing me exactly how to use and maintain it. I haven't even wanted a cigarette since going there, and I plan to go back again and again in the future. I'm thrilled at how helpful and kind the staff are - highly recommend this place!

solid flavors here, good stuff

Loved it, always travel around and it can be hard to find a good Vape show. This place is awesome everyone who works here is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices aren't too bad compared to what I have seen around the country and they have a decent variety. Awesome place to go hang if you have the time

Super helpful, made my visit easy and quick

The store is almost a lounge, like you want to sit and chill there, maybe play a board game. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and really know their stock.

Only downside is the selection of juices is a little small, but the flavors they had were good quality.

Love this pace. Good prices, good people. Hardware is slightly more expensive and smaller selection but I don't mind paying a little more for good personal service at a small business. Juice selection/pricing/experience is stellar

Great atmosphere, great product selection, and the service can't be beat! Usually shops have one or two good employees, but absolutely everyone that works here is not only knowledgeable, but really helpful and nice too. I've definitely found my favorite vape shop!

EDIT [changed from 1 star to 3]: Credit where credit is due, I was contacted by someone from Smokeless. That goes a long way for me in customer service. I should also add, in fairness, the employees at the store were very friendly.
Id left a 4 star review after my first experience. But today I went to get some coils for my Kanger Evod and was told I needed a new tank because Kanger hasnt made those coils for years. Ended up purchasing a tank I didn't need. Had I done my homework I could have found the coils elsewhere. They were apparently unaware that the coils were still made.
Annoying situation but company was very responsive.

My fiance and I are loyal customers to this vape shop. Everyonea who works there is super friendly, remembering us every time we've been there after our first visit. Employees are also very helpful, you can ask anything about anything vape related and they are more than happy to help without judgement. We have sat there for a good hour on multiple occasions just talking with employees about vape and more. The house liquids are amazing and come in a variety of flavors at a great price. They also have a points system where you earn points on your account for every purchase and you can use them toward future purchases when you hit a cerain amount. We usually wait until we hit $10 or $30 of free product and get a couple liquids. The non house liquids are also great and priced perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, they have local artists work on display and for sale which is awesome to see. I love local places that support the community in ways like that. Last but not least, they have contests and artists come in for live drawings! We won a Prince portrait that's still being worked on by The Gentleman Artistvand we are very hyped on that!
